Fee Policy

A non-refundable booking fee of $100 is required for all ceremonies.


A schedule of fees will be provided at the first meeting along with an agreement for both Heather Moses and the parties booking the ceremony to sign. Payment details will be provided at this time.

Refund Policy

Postponement of marriage ceremony by couple: The Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM), legal registration document, is valid for 18 months from lodgement date. The deposit will be held within that time until the new date. The couple are liable for any and all other costs associated with postponement of the ceremony, such as venue changes.


Cancellation of marriage ceremony by couple: Cancellation of the event must be notified 10 days prior to the event. The couple will be refunded any payments less the booking fee and any costs incurred by Heather Moses to that point. Costs incurred for travel and accommodation will be refunded if refundable options were chosen at the point of booking.


Cancellation by the Celebrant: In the unlikely event Heather Moses is unable to attend and facilitate the event, 100% of funds paid will be refunded.

Should this occur, and on your agreement, Heather Moses will connect you with trusted and recommend celebrants to assist with your ceremony.
